Acupressure

Acupressure is an energy therapy inspired by acupuncture, but using finger pressure instead of needles. It is based on the stimulation of specific points along the meridians, the energy channels that run through the body and are linked to different organs and vital functions.

By applying pressure to these points, particularly on the hands and feet, acupressure promotes blood circulation, releases muscular tension and stimulates the endocrine system. Acu-points, with their high electrical conductivity, channel energy more effectively.

What to expect:

A session begins with a discussion to identify the points to be stimulated. Lying comfortably, you will receive precise pressure on certain areas of the body (hands, feet, back, head) to release tension and restore energy circulation.

You may experience deep relaxation, diffuse warmth or slight sensitivity at the points worked on. After the session, a feeling of well-being, renewed energy and reduced pain are common. Drinking water is recommended to eliminate released toxins.

THE BENEFITS OF ACUPRESSURE

Stress and anxiety reduction: promotes relaxation and the release of tension.

  • Pain relief: effective against muscular tension, backache, migraines and joint pain.

  • Improves blood and lymph circulation: helps eliminate toxins and oxygenate tissues.

  • Digestive system support: alleviates disorders such as bloating, constipation or gastric reflux.

  • Sleep regulation: helps combat insomnia and promotes restful sleep.

  • Immune system stimulation: strengthens the body's natural defenses.

By releasing energy blockages, acupressure improves general well-being and promotes lasting physical and emotional balance.
