Cancellation Policy
Politique d'annulation : Nous accordons de l'importance à votre temps et au nôtre. Pour que tous les clients aient accès à nos services, nous demandons un préavis d'au moins 24 heures pour toute annulation ou demande de report de rendez-vous. Cela nous permet d'offrir le créneau horaire à d'autres clients ayant besoin de soins. Les annulations effectuées moins de 24 hrs à l'avance entraînent des frais de 50 % du coût de la séance. J'accepte d'informer la thérapeute de tout problème de santé et de me comporter de manière respectueuse. To ensure that all clients have access to our services, we require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need of care. Cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.
