Semi private: Enjoy the benefits of Yoga in a small intimate group, and get individual support to adjust to poses, breathing and meditation with ease and good alignment. Wonderful to support everyone on their yoga journey. Whether you have osteoporosis, sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, digestive disturbances, or just want a more intimate setting, this supports you in enhancing energy levels, clearing your mind and feeling your best. So come along, bring a friend or family member and share in this healthy bonding moment. (2 individuals MAX) Multi-session packs are non-refundable but can be transferred.
